A bit about my journey and my passion for photography. I've always loved capturing wildlife through my lens; especially Birds. In 2017, I became a licensed realtor and was able to combine my photography skills with my new career by photographing my own listings.
By 2020, a new opportunity arose, and I transitioned into real estate photography full time, giving up my real estate license to build By The Bay Real Estate Photography Inc. I truly enjoy working with both realtors and homeowners to beautifully capture their spaces.

My Business diploma has strengthened my ability to manage details with precision while also taking a bigger-picture approach to projects and client needs. I’ve learned to thrive where deadlines, creativity, and strategy meet—developing efficient systems while also bringing forward innovative ideas.
My background in technology and the arts gives me a unique perspective, allowing me to combine structure with creativity when finding solutions. I’m also passionate about keeping up with the ever-evolving world of marketing and design, making sure my work reflects both modern tools and timeless quality.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing drums, camping adventures across North America, staying active through sports, and spending quality time with family and friends. These passions fuel my creativity, keep me balanced, and inspire me to bring fresh energy into everything I do.

With over three years of experience specializing in real estate photography, Sarah brings a professional, creative, and detail-oriented approach to every project. Based in beautiful Prince Edward County and serving the Quinte region, Sarah works with homeowners, real estate agents, builders, and property managers to showcase properties at their very best.
Her background in wedding, event, and family portrait photography has equipped her with a strong sense of composition, timing, and storytelling—skills that now help bring homes and spaces to life in compelling ways. Whether capturing cozy family homes, modern commercial spaces, or inviting Airbnb listings, Sarah’s goal is always the same: to produce clean, high-impact imagery that attracts attention and inspires interest.
Sarah is a licensed drone operator and experienced iGUIDE technician, offering elevated perspectives, immersive floorplans, and interactive virtual tours that give buyers and renters a complete picture of any space. She photographs all types of properties such as residential, commercial, and short-term rental listings—with precision and professionalism.
Her creative background, technical skills, and commitment to excellence make her a trusted partner in a competitive real estate market.

Hi, I’m Katy! I specialize in real estate photography, capturing homes in their best light so buyers can truly picture themselves there.
With a background in creative design and an eye for detail, I love photographing spaces and focusing on composition that makes each listing unique. My photography journey began with weddings and portraits, but I have discovered a real passion for real estate photography.
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m often creating as a 3D artist and designer, spending time outdoors, or discovering a new favourite tea.

I am a visual artist with an education in Interior Decorating and hand drafting. I also have a passion for both painting and gardening. Whether through my career, or personal pursuits I have a keen knack for turning a boring old (or new) house into a comfy, unique, and personal home environment.
I have directed numerous photo shoots for interior design projects as a former decorator in the Peterborough and Kawartha regions. I often worked closely with our photographer to get creative, award winning photos of our work.
I am now using my collective experiences to bring your listings to life. I am loving stretching my creative muscles and exploring yet another way of showcasing the unique beauty of every home.

As an elder millenial I've lived through many changes in the world, and navigated many in my personal life. This reminds me that every change is actually part of the constant flow that is the journey of life.
Robert

Robert Thomas has been a professional photographer for over 40 years. Growing up in Etobicoke Toronto Robert became interested photography at the age of 16. After graduating from Humber College in 1973, earning a diploma in creative photography, Robert was employed by Gerald Campbell Studios, one of Toronto`s most prestigious portrait studios. There he began as an assistant photographer to Mr. Campbell learning first hand the in`s and outs of the photography business and taking grad photos at York University and other Universities in Toronto. Over the next eleven years at the studio Robert shot family portraits, children's portraits, weddings and business portraits. From 1984 to 1986 Robert worked for Brian Toll Studios taking grad portraits and photographing weddings. In 1986 Robert worked as a freelance photographer photographing weddings for Hodgekiss Studios before opening his own portrait studio at Bayview and Eglinton in Toronto. In the fall of 1991 Robert and his family moved to Belleville Ontario and he began working for Sears Canada as photographer and videographer for over 20 years. He photographed merchandise for the Sears website and also created videos about their catalogue centre in Belleville, their automated systems in the warehouse and their cross-dock operation terminal in Barrie Ontario. Robert also loves working with video and creating new video projects for many of his clients. He takes great pride in his photography and video work and offers the very best personal service. Robert also worked as a freelance video editor editing TV commercials for Marc & Mandy Productions in Manitoba from 2020 to 2022. Robert currently is working for By the Bay Real Estate Photography as freelance photographer. When he's not busy photographing or creating videos Robert enjoys playing tennis and loves to getaway and travel to the Caribbean with his wife Sonya.
What drives me to continue:
I really enjoy what I do and I am driven by the desire to make a positive impact in my work. It inspires me to continue striving for excellence. I thrive in environments where I can learn new skills and take on new challenges.
