Do I need to be present during the appointment?
Nope! As long as the property is accessible, you’re welcome to skip the appointment. Many agents provide a lockbox code or meet us briefly to let us in. Whatever works best for you.

What is your turnaround time?
We deliver your edited photos, floor plans, and media next business day. All photos, virtual tours and floor plans are next day by noon, video is next day by end of business. Larger projects may require a bit more time, but we’ll always let you know what to expect.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is simple and secure. We accept credit card, e-transfer, payments depending on your preference.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the weather isn’t cooperating, we can reschedule or adjust the services for that day. Drone work, in particular, may need to be postponed for visibility issues and safety concerns.
Do you offer bundled services?
Yes! You can build your own custom bundle from our à la carte menu. For 2026, we’re updating our packages, but everything is still available individually so you can choose exactly what you need.
Can you upload the photos to MLS for me?
While we don’t access MLS directly, we deliver your files in the exact format MLS requires, making upload quick and easy. With links you can forward directly to your admin staff.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.
Do you have square foot price tiers?
Yes and no!
Unlike many real estate media companies that start pricing at 1,500 sq ft, and have subsequent square footage tiers with increased pricing as the sq ft increases. All of our packages include up to 2,500 sq ft at no extra cost.
If the property exceeds 2,500 sq ft, any additional scanned square footage is billed at $0.12 per sq ft.
This applies only to iGUIDE®, Matterport®, and Floor Plans.
Photography is always a flat rate — no square footage fees.

We proudly serve the Bay of Quinte region and surrounding communities. If you're unsure whether your property is within our service area, just reach out --we're always happy to help.
How long does a typical appointment take?
Most standard listings take 45–90 minutes, depending on the services booked and the size of the home. Larger homes, acreages, or full media packages may take longer.
Do you offer weekend or evening appointments?
Yes — you can check our availability in real time when booking online. If you need a special time outside our calendar, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How do I receive my photos and media?
All media is delivered through a professional online portal, complete with MLS and social media–ready files. You’ll receive a link as soon as everything is ready.
How should my clients prepare their home?
We provide a Preshoot Checklist PDF outlining everything needed for a smooth appointment. Decluttering, turning on lights, cars are removed from driveway and ensuring pets are removed from home during shoot all help us capture the best results.
what is scanned square footage? and why is that different than just square footage?
Great, question. Scanned square footage refers to all the space that was scanned in order to render a floor plan or virtual tour. These spaces can include closets, pantries, utility rooms, basements, attics, garages, crawl spaces etc.
How is it different: these areas might not be considered liveable square feet but it was physical space that was scanned, for example you wouldn't include the square footage of a detached garage in the total square footage of a home. But we would include it in the scanned square footage if we include it on the floor plan.
